I've been scouting out the MODs forum for phpBB, and unbelievably, someone created a MOD that allows you to play Monopoly on a phpBB forum:

So, what do you say, ben? |

The good news is the dice roller is installed.
The bad news is it's possible for a user to continually edit their post until they get the desired roll. The only way around this is to turn off Post Editing and that would suck.
So we do have a dice roller but at this stage it's not secure If you really want to nail legitimate and secure dice rolls you should use:

| Dice Roll: | Original Roll String: 1d4 4-Sided Dice Results: 2
|
| Dice Roll: | Original Roll String: 1d6 6-Sided Dice Results: 2
|
| Dice Roll: | Original Roll String: 1d8 8-Sided Dice Results: 1
|
| Dice Roll: | Original Roll String: 1d10 10-Sided Dice Results: 10
|
| Dice Roll: | Original Roll String: 1d12 12-Sided Dice Results: 11
|
| Dice Roll: | Original Roll String: 1d20 20-Sided Dice Results: 4

Well, at worst case, a game moderator can be in charge of rolling the dice.
Great work, though!
Hmm.. let's see:
