Anyone for Angola (Chee?) ?

Friedrich also looks good - has anyone played it?

If no-one is up for a two-er game then I'm happy to play Friedrich (played it before) or make up the numbers for Angola Smile

Any of these would be good though:

Eastfront
Shifting Sands
Rommel in the Desert
A House Divided
Crusader Rex
Hammer of the Scots
The Burning Blue
ASL or SK
etc.

Ben, I would like to try all the 2 player ones you mentioned except I dont have Burning Blue, ASL or ASLSK. I will bring them along if you donet have a copy, although my copy od Shifting Sands is still unpunched. perhaps you can teach me with your copy? That is my pref.

I also have a suggestion for Wooden Ships and Iron Men. We could start by playing with one or two ships per person and start with the basic rules.

Anyone interested?

I will also bring Angola along if people are interested.

I was planning on making it this weekend, but my sister is returning from Japan for a week, so saturday is for family stuff.

Could someone apologise to... Julian for me? I promised to play Khet with him this time. See you all next month I hope.

The shrink wrap will be off by Saturday? Smile

We've played a ton of Zooloretto since we picked it up - not sure why! The freebie expansions are great too.

Possibly not, we are out on Friday and if I go to Dockers tonight that makes it unlikely.

Got the shrink off Notre Dame though!

Sounds good Chee. Can we lock in Shifting Sands then? I'll make sure I refresh myself on the rules.

I think Frank may have gone into gaming exile; We haven't seen him at Dockers for what seems like weeks now.

Chee I'll be there at about 11:30a, that cool for us to start? It's going to be a fairly long game, possibly 4-6 hours so if you want to play something else like Angola you're free to do that instead.

That's fine. I have wanting to play SS for a while. It is on my very long "to play" list. Angola is already transferred to my played once list.
